Women in Technology Roundtable: Where are they?

In 1991, 37% of women occupied posts in technology and related fields. By 2014, the overall percentage of women in tech jobs dropped to 26%. 

Why is this happening, and what can those in leadership to do encourage more women to pursue STEM careers?
